电子线剥皮浸锡后如何处理发黑可用DXT-128A水基助焊剂再次过锡

电子线剥皮浸锡,为保护电子线延长使用寿命,厂家通常情况会在铜线表面加上一浸锡。由于多种原因产品在存放、浸锡过程、使用时间过长等原因下,电子线表面容易发生氧化发黑问题。

Electronic wire stripping and tin immersion is a process often used by manufacturers to protect the wire and extend its lifespan. Typically, a layer of tin is applied to the surface of the copper wire. This industry practice is known as tin plating. Tin-plated wires exhibit better corrosion resistance and conductivity. They are commonly used in office equipment, automobiles, power, electronics, and telecommunications. Sometimes, after a period of storage, the copper wire surface of the electronic wire may develop a layer of oxidized black coating. It was initially believed that high humidity was the cause of this discoloration. However, through practical engineering verification and improvements, it was found that product discoloration is influenced by multiple factors, such as storage in poorly ventilated spaces, inadequate product packaging, improper worker handling, and suboptimal product selection, all of which can lead to product oxidation after soldering.

1. Wires should be stored in dry, well-ventilated areas. Products should be soldered and dried before packaging. Avoid storing products in excessively humid environments, as this may cause the tin film on the wire surface to oxidize, resulting in the entire wire turning black.
2. When using tin water for tin immersion, regularly clean the tools used for applying flux, and maintain a soldering time of 2-3 seconds.
3. Choose appropriate soldering materials, such as DXT-2016A flux and DXT-707 environmentally friendly tin strips.
4. For products that have turned black, a secondary tin immersion using water-based flux DXT-128A can be applied. This product is water-based, has a slow evaporation rate, and offers good soldering performance.

品发黑,经通过工程实际验证和改进,发产品发黑是多个因素影起的,比如产品存放在不通风的存储空间,


产品包装没做好,工人操作,产品本身没选好等等都人可能在产品焊接后引发产品氧化。。。。


1:电线存放尽量放在干燥通风处,产品焊接干燥后在打包装。尽量不将产品储存环境太潮湿,可能会导致电


线表面的锡膜氧化,从而导致整根电线变黑。


2:电子线使用锡水浸锡时,应经常清洗装助焊剂工具,焊接时间在2-3秒为佳。


3:选择合适的焊接材料:如DXT-2016A助焊剂,DXT-707环保锡条产品。


4:产品发黑可使用水基助焊剂DXT-128A二次浸锡。本产品为水剂型,产品挥发慢,焊接效果好。
