浸锡焊接产品锡渣过多原因

锡渣产生的主要原因包括锡的纯度、浸锡中波峰焊炉与锡炉中的锡条含量度数、锡中杂质含量、锡炉温控制、抗氧化元素的使用、清炉频率以及设备设计问题原因等。‌

1: If the manufacturer does not regularly clean the tin slag in the tin bath, the tin that falls from the peak of the tin bath cannot enter the bath quickly, causing it to remain on the surface of the tin slag, leading to uneven heating of the tin and excessive tin slag. 

2: Zhongxi recommends that manufacturers should clean the tin in the tin bath at intervals after using it. Pour out the old tin and replace it with new tin. If the tin bath is not cleaned for a long time, the impurity content in the bath will be high, which is one of the reasons for excessive tin slag. The cleaning frequency depends on the specific conditions of each tin bath.

 3: If the temperature of the wave soldering furnace is set too low, generally around 250℃±5℃ (for 63/37 tin bars), this temperature is the minimum required for the soldering process. If the temperature is too low, the tin cannot dissolve well, leading to excessive tin slag during the tin immersion process.

 4: The generation of tin slag is also related to the settings of the wave soldering equipment: if the wave peak is set too high, the temperature of the welding material drops significantly when it falls from the peak, and air rushes into the tin bath, causing oxidation and semi-melting, resulting in tin slag. 

5: The purity of the tin bar also affects the generation of tin slag. The tin used in wave soldering generally requires high tin content bars. If the tin bar contains many impurities, it will cause excessive tin slag during tin immersion, increasing production costs.

 6: If the tin in the wave soldering furnace has been used for too long, the tin's oxidation resistance decreases, and the oxidation speed increases when exposed to air, leading to an increase in the amount of tin slag produced.

1:厂家如没有经常清理浸锡炉内锡渣,使锡炉上峰顶掉下来的锡不能尽快进入炉中,而让其留在锡渣面上,使锡受热不匀也


      会造成锡渣过多。


2:中锡
建议厂家平时使用完锡炉后,应隔一段时间就清理锡炉内的锡,将锡内锡倒出换新锡进,如果长时间不清理清炉,


炉中的产生的杂质含量会偏高,这样容易造成锡渣过多的原因之一,多久时间清理,根据各自锡炉情况而定。


3:波峰焊炉的温度控制得比较低,一般温度在250℃±5℃(拿 63/37 的锡条来说),而这个温度是焊料在焊接过程中所要求的


最基本要达到的温度,如果温度偏低容易至锡不能达到很好的溶解,在浸锡使用过程中就会造成锡渣过多的情况。

4:锡渣产生波峰炉设备的问题设置:如 波峰值调太高,焊接材料从峰顶掉下来的时候,温度降低或者偏差比较大,空气冲


进锡炉中容易造成氧化和半溶现象,导致锡渣的产生。

5:锡渣产生与锡条的纯度也有一定的关系,波峰炉用锡一般都要求锡含量高的锡条,如含量低杂质多的锡条在浸锡时会造


成锡渣过多,增加产品成本。

6:如浸锡时波峰炉里锡使用时间过久,锡的抗氧化能力在降低,接触空气后造成氧化速度加快,从而影响到锡渣产生量增


加。
